Print out the flyer and registration form below and send in the completed form with your check.  Registration for the convention is $30 (On-Site registration is $35).  Tickets for the Founders' Day banquet are $35 (deadline for banquet tickets is May 14, 2010).  Make Check or Money Order payable to FDFS and mail to: PO BOX 39034, Tallahassee, FL 32315-8034. You may register for the convention at the door but banquet tickets must be purchased prior to the deadline.  Find information on scholarships here.
